I just received this High Noon Pancake holster today ( http://www.highnoonholsters.com/category/leather-holsters/belt-holsters/extreme-duty-holsters/ ). I ordered it only a week ago, but I paid extra to get it made and shipped quickly (normal lead time is 6-8 weeks). The holster was expensive, but worth every penny IMHO. The holster is beautifully made and fit my gun perfectly right out of the box. It is lined, and I ordered this one without the slide guard, as I never wear my gun directly next to the skin, so I don't need the slide-guard. I bought this holster based on another High Noon holster I had purchased for my SigPro 2022 (http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?26680-Quality-Holster-amp-Gun-Belt-Makes-All-The-Difference ). The Sig is a large gun and I wanted a OWB holster that would conceal it well. My Glock 19 is not quite as large as the Sig, but is a challenge to conceal well non-the-less. The High Noon Extreme Duty holsters are without question the best I have found for concealing a larger gun. Notice how high the gun rides relative to the belt, and how tight to the body it rides. When worn under a regular polo or button shirt, there is virtually no printing because of the high, tight ride and the aggressive forward cant. I am not exaggerating when I say that with this holster my Glock conceals as well as my Shield, which is a much smaller gun. I am extremely happy with this purchase!

For OWB, I prefer a High ride pancake, which is what you have. For some with shoulder issues, the high ride is hard to draw from. The high ride pancake only works with larger weapons, you need a decent slide length for it work correctly, and a good gun belt that won't roll on you.
My favorite is the Navigant from http://www.privateerleather.com/#!owb/c10o5

Good looking leather. Looks stitched well too. I like that tension screw.

You're right about the belt. A high-quality dedicated gun belt is critical and is just as important as a good holster. I wear a BetterBelt Ultimate gun belt with 2 layers of leather and a nylon reinforcement strip sandwiched in between the layers ( http://www.abetterbeltusa.com/the-ultimate-gun-belt/ ).

Thanks! The leather is top-grade and smells really good as well (like a fine leather bag or jacket). Regarding the tension crew, as I mentioned the gun fit perfectly out of the box without even touching the screw, but it's nice to know it's there to use in case the leather loosens up a little over time.

I like it. I might want it even higher with nothing below the belt. Works with a 3.5" barrel but I don't know about the 4.02" G19 though.
