I posted the other day that I passed up a used PM9 the other day because of being MA compliant.
Well stopped at another LGS this morning and saw this slightly used P9 for 299. Just got a Glock 42 and 43 so I didn't need this.
Guess that plan didn't work lol
Butter smooth trigger and love the black finish....

Almost the ideal CCW. That was a great find at a great price. I saw a used P9 yesterday at a LGS for $600.

Thanks guys. I've been on the lookout for one with the Black Diamond finish for awhile at a reasonable price. Every time I saw one it's been priced 500 and above. After a quick double check of the gun and verifying the price it was a no brainer. Happy guy here [emoji1] [emoji106] [emoji1]

I put the black metal magazine base plate on mine, too, for CC.

One of these days I'm going to get a threaded barrel, too. I'm waiting for them to go on sale at Kahr.

Wait, what? Where did you get that mag plate? I love everything about my P9 except for the mag plates at the bottom. That looks fantastic, and I would be all about it!

Kahr sells them, but I think they stopped carrying the totally black ones. They did have them on sale and seemed to have gotten rid of them. They still have the Kitty, the Spartan Helmet or Shield, and the "finger" ones for $13 each set.

The idea is cool, but I can't imagine using one of those on my carry gun. I think any prosecutor would have a field day with that kind of add on. However, I did try the all steel flush plate from my CM9 on one of my P9 mags, and I was shocked at how much better I think it looks. Even with the little extra space, it seems like it's a much better fit and more concealable. Now I just need to buy a 4 pack of steel base plates for all my P9 mags.

NO finger or kitty for me. :)
When I put the metal base on my P40, I got pinched by the base and the bottom of the grip... too big a gap. I tried a 1/8" O-ring and that was too fat... hindered mag retention. So I got a smaller one that worked fine. I put one on the P9 mags as well, since they have the same kind of gap.
Pix of the 9mm mags with O-rings. The smaller ones are 3/32" and 3/4" inner diameter (top), so should fit tighter and not be too big.

Anything I can do to make the pistols conceal a little better, I try... but not cutting the grip down... perfect as it is!
