My bad, yes it is the all stainless version including the frame. Noticeably heavier than my 229 Extreme.

It is 9mm. More than likely grabbing a set of aluminum grips for it from the Sig Academy Pro Shop.

That's a beauty, love the beavertail on the Elites. I have the P229R West German model with Crimson Trace grips. I bet she shoots nice? 799 is a great deal too. I've been thinking of getting either the P224 or P239 for CCW use. Sigs are addicting.

Just swap out the grips. The darker hogue grips will stand out nicely against the stainless steel and you have to work to make wood grips look bad on a blue steel handgun.

They are beautiful, just a touch too big for my grip. Heading to the Pro Shop this weekend. Will be either aluminum or G10 grips. I suppose I could take the grips off my Extreme and put the E2 grip that was include with the Elite on that gun hmmm....
