I regularly carry my all black P380 in a kydex pocket holster. It conceals well, draws easily, and the holster does a great job of staying on the holster or in the pocket depending on how I remove the pistol from the pocket (staying on when I want to transfer it such as at the end of the day, or staying in the pocket when drawing for dry fire practice). Only thing I've been noticing as I've been carrying this way is lots of wear on the pistol, particularly around the business end of the frame on corners and around the slide release. In a few small spots I can actually see silver. I'm ok with this, as to me it adds character to a gun I carry 95% of the time. I did wonder if others were having similar experiences with black Kahr slides.

That's the downfall of kydex in my book. Much harder on any finish than leather.

It does have it's place, it's thin, it's light and handy in a lot of cases but it hard on a finish.

I used kydex on my stainless guns but try to stay with leather on my blued ones.
