Is anyone using an ultrasonic cleaner to clean their Kahr pistols. If so, what's the procedure. I've been considering giving it a try.

When I represented LPS I sold tons of ultrasonic cleaners to police departments and firearms dealers. They're pretty simple and won't harm your guns. Take off wooden grips though. Most police departments I sold to used LPS Electro Contact cleaner in them to remove carbon buildup. It won't harm the plastic and it evaporates 100%. Once cleaned they'd lube them up the regular way. Buzz your guns several minutes and then see if the crud is breaking up. If not, buzz 'em some more. They do a petty amazing job. You'll see the crud infusing the cleaning fluid just like making a cup of tea. BONUS... Mrs. Muggsy will love what they do for her jewelry.

I already love what it does to my brass. Is there any problem using this method of cleaning on the polymer frames?

Not as long as you use a cleaning solution that's OK with your poly frames. I wouldn't use brake cleaner for example or any of the "hot" solvents. The buzzing itself won't hurt 'em.

The dish washer is doin' just fine. Old Muggsy is always lookin' for a better method. The old dish washer shutters a bit, but it don't vibrate. :)
