Looks to be about CW9 sized to me: https://www.gunsamerica.com/blog/best-factory-single-stack-9mm-ever-honor-guard-new-gun/

Some nice original thinking. Appears to be well executed.

It's an interesting concept, but the proof is in the shooting. At first glance I don't care for the color or the heavy trigger pull. I like the modular construction. I'll reserve further comment until I hold one in my hand.

So, how is this better than SiG P320?

It may turn out to be wonderful handgun but the market is already filled with good singles stack pistols now and some double stacks are closer same size and 22 oz weight category for there smaller version . Even went as far as to put there twist to sigs FCU design from there polymer p250/320

Might as well show the specs .

I don't know if it is. It may soon be another option though.

Not having held one yet I would reserve judgment but my instincts tell me this is FAR SHORT of a P320.

I was looking for the weight. Either it wasn't mentioned or I just missed it.

that extended frame part sucks IMO. Sure the theory is OK but have we ever read of this happeing in real life. Other than that the utter models seem OK. But impressed, I am not . It sure looks better than a kel tec though. Just sayin

Yeah, but we know what kind of finish they put on the 416 SS guide rod... I agree the gun looks intersting but the article is lacking.

Guess you could put a p250 or p320 compact or larger frame on the sub compact slide and have that same odd ball frame but have 15 to 17 rounds on hand before reloading .

Funny, the article mentions cattle pusher....................the business end looks like the end of a firearm that they used, to kill the cows at a meat co. a friend of mine worked at.

If they could make the "cattle pusher" a tazer, then they'd have a winner.

It looks like a updated/reworked M&P Shield

The FIST feature adds nothing to the gun except for the OAL in my opinion.

If the bad guys so close you need this FIST feature you should have a knife in one of your hands !

I don't like the FIST feature, but then it is just an option. There are training options on how to avoid the body contact shot problem, but you end up with a single shot, then have to back off and rack the slide. Not something I would want to depend on. I do like the looks of the frame, but not the large bold mfg. name on the slide. Of course, this is a prototype so they have time to fix that if they want to. Not being an "early adopter" in marketing parlance, I'm not in the market for one anytime soon, but it sure looks like it could have future potential. I'm willing to wait and see.
