Someone sent me this short 3 and a half minute video and I thought that folks here might enjoy it....Sometimes we get so wrapped up with how messed up things are in this world and how angry we are at trivial things that we forget who's in control......

the beginning of that interview were almost direct quotes from the 14th Dalai Lama. Not that it is a bad thing. Just thought if people resonate with the sentiment, they might want to check out the source more.

Thanks for that post. It was refreshing indeed.

I was a good friend of the 14th Dalai Lama and he never said any such thing. I don't know where knkali comes up with this stuff. Could be from hanging out with Jocko. :) Nice sentiment and a very nice vid.

WHATS A DALI LAMA. do u sheer them for their fur? Just sayin My neighbor down the road has some llama's and none look like dolly to me. I once bread a llama to my prize ram. I named the little piglet (thats what we call a baby llama.) Muggsy. Just so damnmuch resemblence. Just sayin
