Was watching Guns & Ammo TV on the Sportsman channel Monday and they tested one of these brand new U.S. made Inland Arms M1 .30 caliber Carbines and they raved about it...I have always want a M1 Carbine but the only ones I have seen at gun shows were pretty much clapped out and in beat up shape but they still wanted top dollar for one because they are a collectors item but now Inland Arms is making brand new ones for just over $1000 which ain't cheap but neither is a decent AR......Now if I can just remember where I put all that spare change I've been saving......So many guns, so little time......

Interesting vintage WWII 1942 newsreel from General Motors Inland arms division showing what America used to be able to do to win a war

I have a WWII era Inland carbine. Without doubt a fun and interesting firearm. You'll enjoy it if you do decide to buy.

I bought an Auto Ordnance used for less than half that. Shop wisely. ;)

Thanks b4, I didn't realize that Auto Ordnance made M1 Carbines, I thought they were Tommy and 1911 only...I'll take a look at one.....I'd rather keep it in the Kahr family anyway....It pays to ask questions here.....

Got two WWII production M1 Carbines.

One's an Inland, the other a Winchester. Both run great.

I bought an AOM130 and I love it. The only issue I've had is a spare bolt I bought from Auto Ordnance, but I am trying to get that worked out right now.

My AOM130 shoots a heck of a lot better than most GI carbines I've shot or competed against and I've shot it in Vintage Rifle Matches and 3 Gun Matches.
