I renewed my NRA membership. I thought that would do more good than buying another gun. Although I did look at some semi auto (.308) type battle rifles. Still pretty pricey for anything that is as accurate as I would like it to be.

I think the fact that the San Bernardino attack was done by Islamic terrorists, is going to make Obama's gun control lectures to be much less effective.
I hope it strengthens resistance to his plans to import those Syrian "refugees." I heard that Canada is already slowing things down quite a bit on the Syrian Refugees, particularly young men coming in alone with no family. I think they started that after the Paris attack. Young men coming in alone are either cowards that are afraid to fight for their beliefs, or more likely future terrorists. Either way, we don't need them here.

Best Dr I ever had was a non burqa wearing Pakistani female.

She stood all of 5 and no inches tall. I mean one tiny little lady.

I went in for pneumonia. She knew it was pneumonia before she even looked at me.

Said it was the way I was leaning to one side trying to breath. X-Ray confirmed my left lung was a cesspool.

Wants to put me in the hospital. Nope, sorry doc.

Ok, you take these meds, and call me in two days, on a Saturday.

You're gonna be prechecked into the hospital, so all you have to do is show up if you're not vastly better.

Saturday rolls, I call her at 9am. Get the service, explain the situation that she wanted a check in call. Ok.

Doc calls me back in 2 minutes. Everything ok? Much better. Ok, see me Monday, just come in.

I go in, another X-Ray. Things looking much better.

So... she asks, "Mr (CJB) have you ever received a colonoscopy?"

I told her I got one for a wedding present, but I had to return it because it didn't match the furniture.

She was not amused. Not anything, actually. No smile, no nuthin.... "Well, its important at your age to establish a baseline you see, because that will be ...."

Great doc. Wish she hadn't gone back to Paki

When my wife and got married everyone kept asking what we wanted as a wedding present. I always told them that we wanted a case of condoms or a toaster. We've been married for 43 years and we still have two toasters to go. :)

yes and ruger is cominbg out with a new semi auto. calaled the obama gun. It shoots it mouth off before knowing the facts. Its a multi automatic revolver also.
