This new law is something we need to keep an eye on....This law not only violates the 2nd and 5th amendments but also spits on the 14th requiring due process under the law....What exactly is the requirement for one to be placed on the no-fly list or any other "watch list" for that matter.....I'm pretty sure I am on some kind of Government watch list because of being a member of several gun forums or maybe even because I have bought books recently from Amazon which the government may or may not think is anarchist or anti Government in nature such as "Lights Out" "The Patriot" "Unintended Consequences" and several of the Ashes series books....Many of you on this forum have also read these books so does that mean the Gov could put us on a "watch list" as possible anti Government terrorists and suspend our 2nd amendment rights......Ted Kennedy was once on the "no-fly list and I'm sure there are others and even children on the list that shouldn't be and the problem is they can put anybody on a list and you have no way of defending yourself and it's not a matter of being innocent until proven guilty but the other way around.....This law sets a very dangerous precedent is just another method the Government will use to strip us of our God given Constitutional rights ......

We currently have generals and other high ranking people on the no fly list. I just watched a story the other day, about a general in the military, retired, that was on the no fly list, and it took him 3 years to get off of it. He still has no idea why he was on it in the first place. Oh this willy nilly gov't we have in place, and the imbeciles who run it................................................

The names of 57 people who work for the Department of Homeland Security can be found on the no fly list. It can take years to have your name removed from the list and anyone's name can be added to it. A five year old boy was denied a seat on a airplane because his name appeared on the no fly list.

Abuse of the no-fly list is a grievance the founding fathers would have listed in the Declaration of Independence. I agree it's something to watch, but what will we do when they put ordinary citizens on it just to keep us from being armed? Will we say, "Oh well, the next president will fix it"?

Glad I'm not the only person that picked up on this after hearing Hillary and Obama's proposals. The word terrorist is used so loosely today, and with the lack of any set in stone requirements for the No-Fly-List you can easily disarm any political opposition.
