I have a P380. One of my many hobbies is making leather pocket holsters. I stamp and tool them and they are nice. I don't work fast on them. A good friend of mine is getting a CW380 in a couple of months. If I use my P380 as a mold for the holster will it work fine for the CW380 or do I need to wait until he gets the CW380 and mold it to the exact gun? Thanks Dan

In the spec sheet, due to the slightly longer barrel, the CW380 is listed as 0.06" longer than the P380.

You should be able to make the CW from the P model. The only difference is the angling on the front of the slide. Most holsters from other manufacturers for the P or CW 380s advertise being a fit for either one, so you should be fine. Also, it wouldn't hurt to post pictures/prices on here if you're looking to maybe sell some. Just a thought.

Leather shouldn't be a problem, if you going with kydex, you might want to wait.

Thanks. Don't want to sell any as I would only make maybe $1.00/hour at the most. I make for free for friends. Dan

I think I'm one of the few here who carries an MK front pocket. I sure could put one of those to good use..........:p:amflag:

Great work. I can't tell by the pic, is that holster open on the bottom? Stitch work looks great on the holster and the mag holders, do you hand sew or is it machine work?

Holster is open. I only know how to hand stitch. Dan

Whaleman, while that holster is probably no better at holding a pistol than most others, it has to be, if not the prettiest, then damn near the prettiest pocket holster out there! Beautiful workmanship! Thanks a lot for sharing the pic.

I do so well know that $1.00/hour deal. I'm usually closer to about 80 cents but I'm getting faster.
Course that all goes out the window when we use stabilized wood, then it's usually negative numbers.

You do nice stuff, you got talent. Seriously. Consider this a back pat and a gold star from the NW.
