I just ordered the Alien Gear 3. I've read good things about them and you can't beat the price. And they make one specifically for the CW45.

Don't know about the CW working in a PM holster. But the StealthGear Onyx is held as one of the best IWB holsters ever made by a lot of people. You wouldn't be going wrong by getting it.

I just looked at the stealthgearusa.com site and their holsters appear to be closed or somewhat closed at the muzzle end. If that is indeed the case, you will not be able to use a CW/P 45 in one designed for a CM/PM 45.
I hardly ever carry my CW45 inside the waste band anymore, but if I do I keep coming back to a FIST holster that I have for my G27. The G27, my CW45, and XD-S all fit in it quite well.

For a flatter appearance, I have a a couple of High Desert holsters (same model) for my CW9 and CW45. Here's a shot of the CW9 in one:

The one for the CW45 is pretty much identical, it just has a larger "pouch" to accommodate the 45.
Now, with that said: If I were to go back to IWB on a daily basis, I probably would drop the cash on a "Silent Thunder" (http://www.giholsters.com/silent-thunder-gt/) holster from Garrett Industries
These days, I prefer to carry it OWB using a Mitch Rosen 5JR or Safariland 560 paddle holster

I carry appendix IWB..use a Vigilence Tactical Secret Sentry. Very well built & tuckable (which is important to me).
You may want to check out Vedder holsters as well. Picked up a new one for my G43, that I like a lot.
I have a White Hat MaxTuck and a DeSantis Softuck that I've used as well.
During training, I revised my thinking on leather holsters & the 4-5 o'clock positioning.
It's a journey..most folks will tell you they have a box or drawer full of holsters. Finding what works for you takes some patience.
Best of luck.

Single clip, tuckable, Wild Bill IWB, CW45. Wild Bill belt. Not saying it is the best of all holsters, but it works for me. Belt is important. Don't know if that combo would be the best for the Mrs.
I would think the CW would stick out the bottom of a shorter PM holster, it may not fit unless the end of the holster is open.

I had Black Hills Leather made a custom IWB holster of my own design, it carries deep in the waistband with a forward cant.

If you'd like one like this, call and ask Rudy Lozano to make you a BH 71 KCW45 version 3 and send him these pics. Mine works very well and was around $60 shipped which if you go looking at custom holsters for one of these, is VERY affordable!

DougGuy I think I like that design better than my DeSantis Cozy Partner. Nice!

Not a CW45, but I carry my CW40 in a DeSantis SOF Tuck. I've tried a couple different manufacturers and I like the DeSantis the best. Comfortable and the adjustable cant lets me put it right where I want it. Also like how the belt clip goes under the belt and hooks from the bottom to secure the draw. Lots less noticeable when I tuck my shirt in than the two clips over the belt models.

I had a laser on mine, and couldn't find a holster. Remora had one that fit, so used a Remora.
Remora reinforced top IWB
