Oh no, just checked the Santa tracker and he is currently over the middle east dodging missiles and flack. Hopefully he will make it through, he should of known nobody there believes in him. Skip the coal delivery and clear their air space! Merry Christmas!

My wife and I plan to visit my Uncle John and my wife's mother tomorrow. Both are in their mid 90's and living alone. I'm happy just to be able to make the trip. All of you guys and gals have a Merry Christmas and the best in the coming New Year.

Dang! This was an oldie. The last post on the first page was from Muggsy. Made me cry... 5 years ago. RIP Muggsy. :(
Merry Christmas everyone. I wish us all a Happier New Year... hopefully one that Trump gets a second term to continue making our country GREATER and not turning it into a Socialist nightmare as Creepy Joe and his Puppeteers intend. :(

Miss them too. RIP
We are downsizing quite a bit this year. Family members are just coming by the house to pick up their sacks of loot and carryout dinner (courtesy of #1 son & DIL), plus Mrs. Brat’s pies & deviled eggs.
Just have one gift for my sweetheart this year... the Ancestry DNA kit - thought it was time she found out more about her biological bloodlines for possible DNA matches & health genes, plus her ethnicity (she was adopted in California in 1945).
Over the years she made all those stockings for the kids & grandkids except for the red one on the right. That one is hers that dates from 1949.
The giant pine cone on the mantel next to her 1962 prom portrait was picked up by her grandfather in a California forest prior to WW2 - it has been a family tradition to display it during the Christmas season.

We need a close up of that prom photo, she looks like a hottie. You never told us you had a trophy wife too. That is indeed the biggest pine cone I've ever laid eyes on in all my born days.
Merry Christmas.
No change in our plans for the day, our 3 kids, son in law and 2 grandkids (pictured often) will be over, it will be crazy time all day. No mask, no social distancing, and we'll all be plumb tuckered at the end of the day.

Thanks for the pictures! It's sunny and 47 on my back porch... saw 37 at 03:00 before heading to bed... supposed to be close to 25 tonight, but I doubt that for us... near the river and usually 4-5 degrees warmer.
We really downsized for Christmas... usually at my wife's folks in SW Colorado. We didn't do a tree... did throw away most of the artificial tree, but kept the base and the top part for possible future use. I bought two $20 scratch-off lottery tickets and was going to put them in our stockings, but none of those, either, so I scratched mine and got $40 and then Wifey's this AM for $30. I hope that the five Mega Millions tickets that I got her is a winner, too!
I got 2.7 lbs of King Crab legs from Costco almost thawed for tonight... splurging. I have Kerry Gold butter galore to melt and will make that with garlic powder to drench each bite! Beaujolais Nouveau and my green tea concoction... the latter for taking pills and health, so I don't have to chug my wine!
Cheers to everyone. I wish all of us a HAPPIER New Year! :)

Gave my two youngest grandsons a pair of old Winchester Model 67 single shot .22 rifles today. The boys are always excited about new (to them) guns. Their late mom was against guns & would not allow them in her house.
