mk9 elite + night sights availability?

I have been searching the last several weeks online for an MK9 Elite with night sights ( kahr model M9098N ) and can't find someone that has one in stock.

Who makes the night sights that kahr installs? I am thinking about just buying the elite and adding my own sights if necessary.

Would all night sites advertised for the PM9 also work for MK9? Any that would NOT work with both guns?

Yes, PM9 sights and MK sights are interchangeable I am pretty sure.
