I have a CW45 that is my EDC. From training, Iit has several hundred rounds through it. I went to take it apart last night, and found the slide stuck. After some creative manipulation, it would move, but it was all dependent on the pitch of the slide on the frame. You can feel it sticking, especially if the slide and frame are lined up perfectly. If there's a slight front end rise of the slide, it can be racked correctly. It doesn't matter if is has a round in the chamber or not.
I submitted a trouble ticket to Kahr, but I'm waiting for a response, and curious if anyone else has has similar experience.
Thanks in advance

Your CW45 might have "short" front rails: http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?1612-CW45-%28and-other-poly-45%29-issues-and-fixes&p=306968#post306968 (see post#72)

Yep, that's the problem. Looks like I'm calling Ian on Monday

I bought one recently that had that problem. They replaced the frame. Took about 3 weeks. Had to pay transfer fees for a new gun.
