Want to say hello from Texas and thanks so much for this forum. I've been reading for a while learning all I can about the CM9 and Kahrs in general. Read all the negatives but knew there had to be some good, so I came here. Glad I did. Was searching for a 9mm pocket carry pistol and had it narrowed down between the CM/PM 9 and the Sig P938. I shot the Sig and wasn't $650 impressed. Never shot a Kahr but came across a super deal and couldn't pass it up. 2 year old CM9, 2 mags, 2 holsters box, paperwork and shot less than 100 rounds for $300. I jumped on it, took it home and put 50 rounds of Monarch brass and 25 rounds of Federal HST 147gr. Not one single problem, at all, nothing. I actually shot it pretty descent, for me. I'm not the best pistol shot, but most all were center mass at 10 yards. I'm sold on Kahr. I shoot it almost as good as my tricked out TriStar C100. Here's a few pics. Again, thanks for this forum and providing wonderful reading material. God bless. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160113/dc5d83c1192c95b7c91f9f73bb9bd547.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160113/6cf8f4a22e3fe799a8a800aa75bb9fa6.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160113/5f4f69eb5eb1d1eb138a44d08640da9e.jpg

Welcome! That is a good looking CM9. It doesn't look like it has been shot much looking at the barrel and you have it very clean. Glad you said hello and hope you stay awhile.

They guy I bought it from couldn't remember the round count but said less than 100. It is in like new condition. Love it. Now to get my kydex pocket holster made. Thanks

With a little practice you'll be keeping them all in the red zone. My CM9 is my EDC and my P380 is my back-up. The more you shoot 'em the better they get. Welcome aboard.

Thanks Muggsy. The more I shot, the better I got. The 1st few rounds was barely on paper. Haha. Surprisingly, this is a soft shooter.

I just took my CM9 to the range for the first time and it shot over 250 rounds without a failure other than the mag follower breaking which apparently is somewhat common. I have a metal follower coming from Alphonse which will take care of that problem. I feel so much more confident in this gun versus my Kimber Solo which had problems from the get go. I just bought an IWB holster from a member here so I'm good to go either in the pocket or on the belt. I'm loving the gun.

Awesome Bobk. I'm gonna make a couple of kydex holsters for mine this weekend. IWB and pocket. Kydex is easy, if you have time.

I like it. I had my sights on one myself till I got distracted by a shiny MK. You can't go wrong with that CM. I've been eying those Alphonse followers too. Nice score. Enjoy.
..now go shoot/carry the hell out of it..

I think an MK9 or K9 will be my future pistol. Love how these shoot and how easy they are to carry. Just can't talk myself into selling the TriStar to fund another Kahr. Just finished up a hybrid IWB hoster and wearing it now taking the wife out on a date. I'll be making a pocket holster tomorrow, time permitting. Here's a pic of the TriStar.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160115/5db36e5cb6cc7f48e7d3bce328284cd5.jpg

Got my holsters done. I still need to do some shaping and sanding on the pocket holster, but they work good. I carried my CM9 last night for about 6 hours IWB and it was so easy. I almost forgot I was carrying. Love this pistol.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160116/f4cc6c3c09de2580b886867e0ec26d35.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160116/887ae4da3364f791acfc75b2db57cb7d.jpg
