May have been discussed before. Recently got a new CM9. (almost to 200 rd mark, shoots great)
I thought it a bit strange that the registration for the warranty was a post card. Any one who handled the mail could see you name, address, what fire arm you bought and the serial number. I put it in an envelope to mail.
Anyone else see this has a privacy concern?

Good point dixietiger, can't be too careful these days....I sent mine in an envelope for that very reason....By the way, welcome to Kahrtalk and glad to hear the new CM9 is running good for you...If you have any problems or questions then this is the place to come for help....Lots of real nice knowledgeable folks here more than willing to help you out....

Nothing to worry about. If it gets lost in the mail contact the NSA or FBI. The will send you a copy of it.:)

I bought my Kahr new, the FBI already approved me to own it, and made a note of that, serial number and all. And if one didn't buy it new, the warranty card is useless anyhow. :p
I personally wasn't too worried about someone in the line of the cards custody knowing my address had a gun, as if the shipments from Midway etc, wouldn't give that away. What are they gonna do? Of all the possible things in my home, the'll know at least one of them, is a firearm. Nothing inside my home is worth dying for.
Should they happen to arrive anyhow, the sign on the gate saying "Forget the dog, beware of owner" with a depiction of a firearm pointed their way should further the point. :laser:
