I bought some Promags without trying them in the firearm. They were on sale online for a super low price, probably a closeout to make room for their new line. Well most of them would not lock into the firearm I procured them for, and the one that did, ended up dumping cartridges everytime you moved it.
I was passed the 3 day vendor warranty, so I called Promag. And they said quite a few people were having problem with that particular combination of mag and firearm, and gave me an RMA and promised to replace each one with one they guarantee to work in my firearm.
No hassle at all. I did pay for the shipping and insurance to the factory. Figured I wouldn't press them to pay the postage since I got the mags so cheap and they were being so nice about it. I just mailed them in the other day, so I'll let you know what I get back and how it works out. But so far, I think the Customer Service at Promag is top notch.
