Looks like the price went up! WTF?

I've always suspected online folks of monitoring cookies and such... I caught Buds jacking prices. You look so many times, the price goes up ten bucks. Clear cookies and... how bout that, price back down. Doesn't happen all the time, so its hard to pin down.
