Shalom. I purchased my first DE yesterday and shot her today. My question is about the sights. I am right handed. Out of the box, from around 13 yards and around 6 yards, all of my shots were low and left of where I was aiming. An instructor friend was with me. He also shot. He is left handed. All of his shots were low and to the right. Any knowledge or experience of this by anyone? Any recommendations? Thanks. Blessings

Low/left is a common result as a right handed shooter learns a new trigger/gun (and low/right for lefties). I'd move the distance in to 7 yards and keep practicing. Dry fire practice can help too. Jocko recommends having your buddy load a magazine for you but include a couple snap caps in there at random. You'll catch yourself pulling the gun when you come across those snap caps.

Welcome.

Hmmmmmm. Indeed a good question. But I digress. Adjusted my trigger finger position today. Still some low, but not as many or as far low. From 15 and 30 feet. Guess I need to get used to it. Was expecting the same performance I get from my 1911, but I guess that isn't fair. Much different trigger pulls. Still very happy to own my DE III.
