New member, had kahrs for a few years. Currently a cw380 and (just added) a pair of cw45s. I have a m+p shield 9mm that my wife may start using and I was considering something of a larger caliber. A guy was selling these 45s as a pair for a price I couldn't pass up. One has the shiny barrel and slide release, while the other one has the matte barrel I'm more familiar with. As soon as I cleaned them up, both barrels were perfect inside! They run great as well.
Im noticing that there seem to be a lot of issues with these guns on the forum, but every one I've used has run flawlessly. That includes the heavily used range guns at my lgs. Is it really common?

Yes, it's common for those who have problems to come here with their gripes or asking for help. But no, problems are not all that common. ;) Welcome!

The more you shoot them the better they run. Most problems disappear on their own given time. Some Kahr pistols are ammo sensitive. Most aren't. A few need to be tweaked by the mothership.
