I have a holster from Theisholsters.com that I really like -- you might check them out.

Depends - hip holster, ankle holster, belt holster. There's a lot of options.
Urban carry holsters are also interesting. Not sure how good they work when sitting.

We have a few holsters that work with the ct45 . IWB , comp-tac neutral and foxx deluxe trap , OWB garrett stx 2.0 and blackdog . All have tension adjustment and there for m&p full size or sp320 /250 and work as well as a made for kahr model !! Slide on the m&p ad sig are a few thousands larger but work with a bit more tension adjustment

Take a look at PJ Holsters. Simple, comfortable, and stable. I have 3 of Paul's Holsters and the customer service has always been great.

N82 Tactical Professional model for me. I've tried a lot of IWB holsters and none of them compare comfort-wise to the N82. The main thing I like about them is that the entire grip is shielded from your skin and if you have a spare tire like me this is an important feature. Some people don't like the retention on the pro model as you have to give the gun a slight twist when drawing, but with a little practice it has become second nature to me. I now own 3 of them and will be buying more for different carry pieces.
