Is he the guy pictured on the tommy gun brochure? He is shown carrying a TG and a 1911. I know the guy in the picture was named Walter and pretty sure he was from NJ. I met the gentleman several times and have swapped emails with him in the past. I have not heard form him in quite a while. I need to check my old documentation to find his name to see if he is the same Walter. In eother case, another fine American moves on. RIP!

Wow that would be amazing! IDK, as he just appeared in my local liberal rag. 99% of people would never notice his obit as I always look to see if they were a WWII Vet.
FYI
no one under 91 yo or will be 91in 2016 could not have been in WWII. In the early days of the war they were accepting 16yo with parental permission, but that stopped in late 1943. Even those guys would be in the 91 yo range. I saw a BS ad, about an 87 yo WWII vet how miraculously looked 70 all all Bullsh!t.

My Uncle John and Uncle George are two WWII vets who are still with us. John was a marine and served on Iwo Jima and Okinawa. George was in the army and fought in Africa. All seven of my uncles fought in WWII. John is 94 years young and George is 93.
