It's been too long since I've had time to post or keep up with my Kahr Friends! Job change has taken much of the past 2 years, but I finally found time to reconnect tonight. Hope all is well. I just picked up a new-to-me CW380 and doing some bonding while I clean it. Previous owner carried it for a year but only shot a few rounds down the pipe, so he said. I plan to take it to the range tomorrow to put it through the paces. Tiny little thing! Anything special I should look for or expect?

I just found I had to hold onto my CW380 a bit differently than even my PM9 for it to function perfectly. Big mitts and a tiny gun just took a little adjusting. Great little guns though.

Alfonse, that is so true! My hands aren't that big, but I did find I had to adjust my grip quite a bit. After a long, deep cleaning, I hit the range this morning as soon as they opened. Here's my quick range report.
1. Used 100 Winchester White Box
2. Typical Kahr trigger, I loved the smoothness. Felt a lot like my PM9.
3. The needed adjustment on my grip was awkward for the first 2 mags, but got comfortable after that.
4. The CW380 shot flawlessly in spite of that one time I hit the mag release button by accident. Changed the grip again and all was well.
5. After 80 rounds, the little guy began to act up...likely because the WWB seemed to make the gun extra "dirty." I suffered a couple of FTF (see pic), leaving a small indention on the flat nose of the bullet (see pic).
6. The more I shot, the dirtier the gun, and the more failures. Two more FTF's in the next mag or two.
7. Accuracy was spot on, typical Kahr (see pic). This was from 7 yards out after I got my grip down from shooting about 20 rounds.

LESSONS LEARNED:
1. Keep that Kahr clean! I learned that early with my PM9. The CW380 is a bit more sensitive to dirt than my PM9.
2. Try some ammo with round tips next time (ball ammo).
3. Polish the ramp during next cleaning.

Good shooting! Sounds like you had fun.

Yep, it was fun until things went south with the multiple FTF's during the last 20 rounds. Hopefully, polishing the ramp, doing more deep cleaning and changing to ball ammo only will make this CW380 fail proof. On a more positive side, I had NO ISSUES during the first 80 rounds. It's very doubtful I would spend 80 rounds with this gun during a real-life defense situation, so I'm feeling more confident with my new purchase.
