Have thought about replacing original sights with Meprolight Tro-Dot Night Sights. I'd appreciate opinions. Thank you.

As far as I know, installing Meprolight Tru-Dots on a CM9 will involve a dovetail being cut into the slide for the front sight. Added cost aside, there's nothing wrong with this if it's done by someone that is competent. It does make the front sight slightly adjustable for windage.

Personally, this was not enough of a perk for me to chose Mepros (which I like) over the Trijicon sight made to install in the existing sight holes when I had my CM9.

I've found, that properly installed, the Trijicon sight works quite well at it's intended task. I have them on my CW9 and CW45.

Dawson Precision also makes sights that install in the existing sight holes and the folks that have reported on them seem pleased.
