Ive been away for a few years due illness and some other family issues. When I left, this board was so hot and vibrant and now it's seems so dead... What the heck happened to change things?

Now that you're back, things should pick up I expect! Glad you returned. Some days are much more active than others.

We're at the transition from Winter to Spring when everybody wants to play outside more.

Mostly we're inundated with political BS, heated discussions, and total lack of compassion and niceness.

We'll get back to being the best forum on the internet, hopefully before the elections but if not, hopefully not long afterwards.
Hopefully we'll still be allowed to own guns so we have something to talk about.

I have a little weeding to do to help in these efforts. I'm basically on hiatus while I find myself. Sadly at the moment I don't have a clue where to look and have no idea where I went.
If you see me let me know I'll be back shortly.

I have also noticed a decrease in activity. Could it be nobody is having trouble with their Kahr's?

To help ease the pain of losses such as Bubba and Muggsy I try to focus on the fresh and unsoiled future generation.

Grandma got my granddaughter a new bike today. Her first of course. I'm told she's been on it for 2 hours and won't get off. I think she likes it.
I have to help with training late today so guess I won't see it or her till tomorrow but tomorrow should be a good day.

Awesome. I put new tires and tubes on our 5 year old's future bike last Saturday. She's almost outgrown her little one.

That would be my case. I have at least 5000 rounds thru my CM9 and it just keeps getting better. And I only shoot the really cheap stuff. Never paid more than $10 a box.

p.s. Said to see we lost some very important people here....

I think the OP has to define what "Hot" means to him/her, or whatever they identify as.

Lookin' at the Colonel's sweet little granddaughter reminds me of when years ago a young fella dropped in to pick mine up for their first date (when she was 16), her daddy was cleaning his S&W .357 and Benelli 12 gauge on the kitchen table.

They grow up so fast, so enjoy 'em while you can.
