After a year and 3 months and being told the gen 2 was a couple months away from being available several different times it does make me wonder if it ever will be . I just got off the phone with kahrs sale again after the last "be available " date came and went I was just told the gen 2 pistols will not be available till the end of the year . Hey they might have there new gen2 in the 3rd big gun show before there available . That would make it 2 years from the first articles on it and two gun shows plus . Guess I'll buy another brand 9mm .

This seems to happen quite a bit in regards to firearms. I'm still waiting for Rock River's poly frame 1911 to become a reality.

Do you have anything specific in mind?

I'm asking because I looked at this problem a bit, but it always comes back to PM9, Glock 43, or maybe Shield. That's pretty much it, unless you count PF-9 too. Plenty of choice among the double-stack guns.

There's a Smith 3913 at the LGS that I'd be all over if I didn't already have some great single stack 9s.

The 3913 is one of my keeper 9s, mainly because it's been a boringly reliable handgun.

The one they have is a Ladysmith, and is not in quite as nice a condition as yours. IIRC, the tag said $450 but they can usually be talked down a good bit from there.
