Please give me opinions with cargo pocket experience only as others will not hold the gun in the proper position to allow easy access.
No experience with cargo pockets but check out DeSantis pocket holsters that has the extra flap, to hide the outline ,that attaches with velcro. Also give Remora a call. They might be able to make a custom holster to fit cargo size pockets.

I've had a Remora for years and get to put it to use again since I picked up another CM9 on Saturday.

Stellar Rigs. They make a pocket holster in kydex that gives the whole rig a square shape. Perfect for cargo pockets.

Hi John A and welcome to Kahrtalk....I pocket carry a PM9 and have tried many holsters to get one that I liked and would keep the pistol upright in my pocket and have found that an inexpensive black fabric holster made by Blackhawk works best for me because it covers the trigger and muzzle and is flat on the bottom which keeps it upright in my jeans pocket and is thin and doesn't print that much and looks looks like a cell phone more than anything else....I have spent much more for a fancy leather pocket holster but for me the Blackhawk works best and only costs a few bucks...I put a piece of skateboard tape on the outside and it sticks in my pocket great and never comes out when drawing the gun....Give one a try and see what you think and if you don't like it you will only have spent a few bucks....Good luck and again welcome aboard!

I've been using the Desantis Nemesis for 5 years, the same one as a matter of fact. It has molded itself to the shape of my leg/hip. Less than a 20 spot, and it stays put. The pants I wear have large pockets, and I still have no problems with a good draw. It stays upright. You still must practice drawing from the pocket.
