I just ordered a ct380 because of my experience with Kahr and because I gave up on waiting for a new 32acp wondergun. Chose the ct over the cw [which I would have loved in 32acp] for the added weight and extra round hoping for less recoil. I've given up on Keltec p32s because of pitiful accuracy [on me, of course] although both mine ran perfectly. Nasty trigger, nasty recoil but met low expectations as a "nostril gun". On the good side it was light/small enough so it was actually carried.
Found I can't live with a pistol that I couldn't put every shot into a watermellon at ten feet. Goodby Keltecs and back to Beretta 25s. Even found a rare model 20 and love it. Still, wanted more horsepower in a defensive handgun...and the Kahrs are sooo nice.
To my question...what 380 loads have the least recoil? Don't know yet what I'll use for carry, probably fmj, but would like to find lowest recoil for practice. Any hints-comments-anecdotes.....all will be appreciated.

Ruger ARX is the lowest recoil 380 you can find. I carry it as SD ammo and its priced that way, but the same bullet and load is available in bulk at range ammo prices here. I've tried it, no problems so far.

Thanks for the info. You carry it for SD? Make a shallow but impressive hole? Would be good to use practice ammo for both purposes.

My hand thanks you

At those prices, I think I'll try it out. Thanks SlowBurn !
