Just finished the break in this morning. 225 rounds without a hitch. It is ready for pocket carry!
Good to hear. Kahr's are perfect for the pocket.

Awesome. I'm really thinking about getting a little cw380 for deep concealment but not sure yet. I have a lcp that runs perfect but have been looking at the cw380 fof some time. Did you have to do anything special to it and what ammo were you using?
Side note I just got my wife a RM380 that she loves and I hope that she will carry it. That's her plan anyway. Haven't shot it yet put the slide is smooth as silk and it chambers a round easily. I'm expecting to see good things.

I cleaned and lubed with Brownells critical defense lube. Used Magtech 95gr FMJ ammo. Great stuff, really clean. Also used Hornady Critical Defense ammo with ftx bullet. All in all not a bad breaking in. Usually have been partial to Glocks but really impressed with this one. Had a CW45 a few years back, might have to look at another one. I did own a LCP for 8 years and put 1000rds thru it. Just wanted a more comfortable gun to shoot in 380. I work for a LGS so I am surrounded by firearms all day long. Maybe there will be a few more Kahrs in my future.

You're living my dream. The only other part of my dream is that I live in the woods and have no neighbors. Maybe one day both will come true.

I bought my CW380 in February for the same reason and it's been a nightmare. I need to send it back to see if they can fix the famous "fail to feed" issue. I sold my K9 to fund this buy and so far I'm sorry I chose this gun. If they can fix it I'll be happy, otherwise I'll be getting an LCP.

Have you tried different ammo. I know sometimes Kahrs can be picky. I had great luck with Magtech 95gr FMJ for break in. Good luck and hope it works out for you.

Also, often times the claimed "fail to feed issue" is a fail to hold the pistol securely, i.e. limp wristing. It is really easy to do on these tiny pistols particularly is you have big hands. Trump can probably shoot them just fine. :)
A good way to find out is by having someone experienced with these small pistols shoot it for you if possible. Good luck!
Once I figured that a straight wrist for me was more important than a limp wrist (tight grip), my CW380 went fully 100%.
