I have been having trouble with my PM40 dropping mags. Today I emailed technical support explaining my problem, who I was and the SN of my gun. It is a number of years old. It has the older style slide nose.
Within 3 or 4 minutes I got a return email from Jay there. He apologized for problem and said that he would send me a new part. Am going to have to do some research to see how to change it out.
But wow. I have never gotten a return email that quick with an offer to solve my problem. He didn't mention any charges. I am assuming he comped me the part.
How could I not be a life supporter of Kahr.
