Young black man clings to a tree for dear life, after local rancher catches that bicycle theif on horseback - with a lasso.

I mean, if I had a horse, I'd keep it saddled and ready to go in a trailer when I went to Walmart, just for such occasions! Its the COWBOY WAY !!!
