E9 slide removal

How hack do u remove it? I have a cw9 and no problem pushing the slide stop by hand.
On this E9, there's no alignment marks
No cutout on the slide for the stop nub

Please help

Got it out
The cutout on the slide has to line up with the pin
Then had to push real hard to get it out

I had use a screwdriver clamp on a vise as a third hand

As you do it over and over, it gets easier. In the field, and at home for that matter, I use the base plate of a magazine to push the slide stop pin out. It pops out with pretty good force because the spring is tight. Some folks use something to pry the pin out. I was always afraid it would scratch the finish... that's why I use the mag to just push it out. With practice it works just fine.

I ended up taking a file on the slide release. Shallow out the notch where the spring wire goes. Now it comes out a lot waiters easier
