I get the difference between the Premium series (T, TP, and PM) and the Value series (CT, CW, CM) because the Kahr website does an adequate job in explaining the differences. What I don't understand is, what are the differences between the models in the same group?
What's the difference between the CT, CW, and CM series?

Here a discussion I started along the same lines: Kahr series designations (http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?28725-Explain-Kahr-series-designations&highlight=kahr+model)
I think the consensus was that the C stood for either concealed or compact and that T=target, W=weapon, and M=micro.

Yep. Basically you get a half inch longer barrel and one more round with each. Otherwise they are the same.
