I've had my CW380 since early June, and have put 400 rounds through it as of today. The first mag I ran today was Remington Personal Defense JHP---everything fed but the slide wouldn't lock back on an empty mag.
Second mag? After shot number 4, THE SLIDE STOP FELL OUT. Luckily I was at an indoor range and it fell on the bench, but that would've been catastrophic in a DGU. Once I reassembled, the gun ran 75 rounds with no FTF, but the slide would only lock back on 50% of empty mags. I have two mags, both factory Kahr, and both exhibit this problem.
I've sent my P9 back to Kahr for a SS spring replacement and modernization to the Torx screw retainer. It looks like the CW380 is going back, also.
On a positive note---this was my inaugural trip with the CT Laserguard---WOW. I backed the target to the far end of the 60 foot range----and could put rounds where I wanted to, at will. I'm sold on the laser for a small gun.
