Customer service speed record?

I returned my P9 to Kahr for slide stop spring replacement and conversion to the Torx spring retainer on Friday. Kahr emailed me a receipt confirmation on Monday morning. To my surprise, I received a return ship notification on Tuesday, and it is on track to be returned to me tomorrow.

Wow. One day turnaround. That's amazing.

I'd read bad Kahr CS reports, but that was not my experience. Pistol went down on the 16th and is back in my hands on the 28th. Can't beat that. AND they sent me a prepaid mailer. Kudos, Kahr.

I had a great CS experience with kahr also..I had early version MK9 (ga series) out for repair...got it back on 8 days
