One of the big things I have noticed on this sight is the lack of bashing and brand fighting. This site seems to be peopled with people who love guns and are willing to discuss brands other than Kahr and post good comments about them. It is also nice that people can express negative thoughts about Kahrs and other brands with the result being discussions instead of attacks. This is a great place for gum enthusiast to hang out.

Prefer Wrigley's and Bazooka myself!

All brands have issues now and then, Kahr is no exception. The only thing we prefer around here is to not just bash when there's an issue but make an effort or give Kahr a chance to make it right.

Nothing upsets me more than some long time expert comes on with the old story how the gun should work out of the box, I get first round jams, piece of junk and they want to write it off with zero effort.
Most do run right out of the box but as we all know many need a little time to work it out.

I think of this place as a little oasis and hope we can keep it that way for quite a spell.

A long time ago when I lived in Arizona I went for about a 5 mile run to some waterfall and back with some friends. When we got back to our starting point and were cooling off, there were a bunch of girls out sunbathing on some giant boulders in a stream that offered us some real cold Coors lite. I never remember a beer tasting so good and now its the only kind I drink. Fond memories.. those days :)

You may call me a Kahr fanboy. Strictly from the elegance of the design, even with its few faults.

Then again, I'm a fanboy of most anything designed by JMB, JDP, Doug McClenahan, or Bill Ruger (and his crew while he was yet alive).

I wouldn't own a Glock. Seen too many self shot folks, first hand, in my range days. Not me. No thanks, and why I carry Kahr.

Shiner for the beer and most any kind of gun. I might not have interest in owning what gun brand you like, but I'll enjoy a long talk about it, over a ice cold Shiner Blond.

Cold, cold beer. Mmmmmmm...

I'll sit and listen to talk about any gun, and enjoy it. Even if the gun is a pos! Lol! It's just plain fun

MGD for me and I'll talk about any gun and listen if I don't know anything about it.

Kindred spirits.....MGD for me as well although I'm partial to Pabst Blue Ribbon and Busch Light too.

Not a beer drinker like I used to be, which is probably good as I'd probably weigh 300 pounds.

Love to talk guns, any of them. I miss beer, but it just doesn't sit well with me anymore.

Do what I do.............when the brew isn't sitting just right, and it's real hot outside................find yourself a tall glass and fill it to the top with ice. Squeeze in a half of a lime. Pour in about half a shot of Rose's Lime Juice. Pour in one jigger of Stolichnaya Elit: vodka. Top off with Sprite. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so refreshing. As far as Glock's.............I prefer da/sa myself. Every time I hear "they're not pretty but they go bang every time", I could vomit. They're a bit on the fat side, and don't fit my hand, so I don't pay too much attention to them.

But they're good fighting tools.

A real hot day finds Mikes Lemonade in a frosted mug with ice. Just have to be careful since it goes down so good.

+1 from me. You're the only one I've read beside myself who has described the Kahr design as elegant. Clean but mean.

I never drink beer at home, but do keep these in the fridge for my sons...
