I will be replacing the original magazines catch, with that of the M2 type, and am in the process of having some 30-round magazines delivered. I'm hoping that this will head off any reliability "issues" that may come with the AOM 130.
I will also be replacing the "push button" or cross-bolt safety installed in the Carbine with the "wing type" (rotating type) unit. This should prevent confusion between the magazine release and safety. Are there any caveats that should be observed to enhance the reliability of the AOM 130?
If so, what can be done to avoid additional feeding problems?
Thanks in advance.
