What Happened to Gen 2?

I can't seem to find any info on what happened to pistols that were supposed to be rolling out in 2015.
Does anyone have any information on if they are still planning on releasing gen 2 versions of the pocket pistols?

I was wondering the same thing the other day when I was reading about them stocking supplements on their website. I guess they care more about your health than you life.

Might have something to do with the factory move to Pa. It would not be out of the question to think they didn't want to set up a line for Gen2, then move it.

OTOH, the metalwork is easy. Its a fixture and some tooling, and some self check built into the software, and the software itself, and maybe some sort of auto feed system - per part. In production terms, if you have the machine - which can make all sort of parts depending on the program its fed - then you've only got the usual production issues to worry about. Things like irregular material, broken cutters, chip buildup, special edges on cutters... that sort of thing.

So.... maybe they had an issue when running those Gen2 guns a bunch. Maybe a polymer issue that can't be fixed with a materials change or subtle part change. Could be they found something that made them back up a bit in order to nix some old way, and bring in a new way.

I wish they would put something on the website or maybe they could post a vid on youtube. All I can find is them talking at shot 2015 about how the gen 2 premium line will be rolling out end of 2015.
