I brought my new CM9 to the range today for break-in. I shot 100 rounds of Winchester white box 115gr. RN without a single malfunction. I also fired 25 rounds of Hornady Critical Defense with similar results. I really like this little pistol!
The trigger took very little getting used to and despite my large hands, the pistol pointed well and held on target very well during trigger pull and follow up shots. I only experienced one incidence of not releasing the trigger far enough to reset between shots, and that was early on.
I used a N82 Tactical Professional Series IWB holster and had absolutely no problem with the retention feature causing any problem with my draw. I like this holster a lot, as well as the DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster I have for the CM9.
My only minor complaint with the pistol is the magazine release. A couple of times, I had to struggle to depress it far enough to release the mag. I don't know if that will improve as the pistol gets more broken in, or if I'll try to make some adjustment/modification to improve the function.
If you're thinking of picking up one of these little gems, my advice is, "Go for it!"

Bob
