P380 Trigger bar jumped out of trigger hole

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue, while shooting my P380 at the range after about 20 rounds the trigger bar popped out of the hole in the trigger. I've fired about 300 rounds through it previously with no issues. I've since pushed the trigger bar back into the hole on the trigger and will head back to the range later this week to see if it happens again.

Sounds like a serious problem. The disassembly/reassembly videos I've seen there is absolutely no way for that to pop out of the trigger. Might want to take a few pics and send them to Kahr, they will take care of you. Check out this link for some info/pics.

Thank you for the link, after looking at the pictures of the trigger disassembly I'm wondering if my trigger spacer is installed incorrectly. It looks like part of the spacer is supposed to rest over the trigger bar keeping it tight against the trigger. I'll take some pictures and see if that is the issue.

Bobshouse, after looking at my trigger group and comparing it to the link my spacer is on the wrong side of the frame. I'll take it apart and put it on the correct side. Thanks again for the link it was very helpful.
