250 clicks, 250 bangs! Flawless. No Failure-to-Feeds, no Failure-to-Fires, no Failure-to-Ejects. I believe I have to thank this Forum for all the "before you shoot" advice. First 100 rounds were Winchester white box 6 in the mag, nothing in the pipe. The next 100 rounds were 6 in the mag 1 in the pipe. The last 50 were Winchester SXZ hollow points, 6 in the mag 1 in the pipe. If I smiled any harder, I'd rip a facial muscle. I found out it shoots low and to the left. Next trip to the range I'll play with the sights. I still have to test it with Hornady Critical Defense and Federal HST. I see Federal makes a version of its HST for "Micro" guns. Anyone have any experience with that round. It's earned a good cleaning and then back to the range. Dennis

Congratultions on a fine little pistol, and welcome to the forum. As to the HST, I have not yet heard of the one for "Micro" guns. I tried the HST 147 gr. for my MK9. It ran fine with that round, as well as with the Gold Dot 124 +P and Gold Dot 124, although I didn't test with too many defense rounds.

Don't be too quick to play with the sights. Low and left if very common for right handers with a new Kahr.
Your still getting used to that trigger. I suspect it will center itself back up in a bit.

Excellent first range report. Never tire of these.

I have a Crimson Trace Laserguard on it. My plan was to adjust the laser to point of impact at 7 yards. Then adjust the iron sights to co-witness with the laser.

Oh, and here's a suggestion. If you are going to spend several hours at the range putting hundreds of rounds through your new CT equipped CM9, carry extra batteries and that hex wrench with you. The batteries are good for about 4 hours of operating time. After 3+ hours, the laser is noticeably dimmer. So now I'm looking at range fees, ammo costs, target costs and battery costs. Life is still good.
