For some reason it won't do anything for me. I'll try again later.

How about this ? I think it's the next to the last paragraph that concerns me

Face to face transfers, yup, that will definitely stop the bad guys!

That's already a done deal here in Washington. All firearms sales have to go through an FFL. Rifles, pistols, don't matter.
At the gun show there are dealers who do nothing but transfers for 10 or 15 bucks.
I don't pay much mind to it away from the gunshow where you don't have a choice. Like family or coworkers.
Unenforceable if you ask me.

It's the same here at gun shows don't know about our fees. AFAIK private sales require two back ground checks, buyer and seller @$10.00 ea. and $25.00 ffl transfer fee.
Unanswered questions here are can we give to step children of a deceased spouse.
Friend's wife died. He'd like to give gifts to her daughters form a previous marriage to give to their children. Question goes unanswered from the legislature
The definition of a significant other.
Have a friend who's a deputy sheriff and his live in girl friend for years also works for the same department. They can't get a straight answer from the legislature if she's considered a significant other.
For buys or sales to strangers, my rule was always to deal with ccw holders. Friends and family, etc. need not apply
Sanctuary counties sounds good to me

I'm a FFL here in California and manage a small gun club here. A member has made a webpage for us at www.vafbgunclub.com (http://www.vafbgunclub.com) check it out if you get a chance. I was making a snide remark about the article stating that doing so would cut down on illegal possession by gangsters. Here in California it has been required for years, the plague is spreading!
