I am tangara

I am new to this forum and to Kahr firearms. I have been around firearms and hunting since a wee lad. I have a wide interest in firearms, from military surplus to old classic hunting rifles and pistols. Basically if I find a firearm interesting for what ever reason I will research it and hopefully acquire said firearm for a reasonable price and learn what makes it interesting. I am somewhat new to CCW although I have had my permit for years. I recently picked up a Kahr CM9 and this purchase led me here.

Welcome. You will enjoy shooting your new CM9. They are soft shooting for their size. Mine has many flawless rounds through it.

Like you I recently purchased a new CM9 -- a small but loud addition to my arsenal. Found good maintenance information on this forum & Kahr's website. Although shooting's more fun, I enjoy cleaning my firearms. The CM9 mechanism seems easy to maintain.

The CM9 is a most versatile pistol that likely will only need a cut-off bicycle inner tube over the grip for a 100% ready to go.
