You need to have made 30 posts before you can upload and attach photos via this site, but you can still post photos by uploading them to an off site photo host (such as Photobucket. com, Tinypic.com, etc.). If the site you choose doesn't provide an appropriate link (url with BB code) just copy the uploaded image's url and paste it here using photo's url.
