CM9 night sights arrived

My 2 month back ordered CM9 night sights arrived today. Normally this would be good news. Excitedly I opened the box and to my frustration no screw was provided for the front sight. Sent email tonight and will follow up with a call in the morning. What a way to run a business.

seems to be some hokey business going on in the Kahr shipping/sales/order dept.... with exception of the spectacular install post, order issues are also reported in this thread...

Followed up with Kahr customer service on Thursday. Initially CS rep told me the front screw would be here in a couple of days. I pushed back stating I waited 2 months for the sights and was frustrated about the response. Well I was pleasantly surprised when FedEx deliver the screw at 9 am this morning. Installing the sights on my CM9 this afternoon. Not very hard at all. Put Kroil on the rear sight waited and hour then using an inexpensive Fisher solutions pusher sight came off easily. Had to do a bit of filing of the new rear sight and relieve the right side of the dovetail. Started the sight in with a nylon hammer then adjusted in with the pusher. Front sight was a breeze and used generous amount of Locktite. Sight fit perfectly.

The lamps are very bright and the white dot surrounding the front lamp is big enough to pick up easily. Great sights for $80 + shipping.
