pm9 frame damage?

Hi, looking at this pm9.. owner says only 200 rounds but there's a little nick on the front of the frame, left side, just below the barrel.. I've never seen this before.. is it normal? It doesn't look like it would affect the operation or functionality..http://www.kahrtalk.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=14680&stc=1 Has anyone seent this before?

Looks like a slight mold imperfection to me. Doubtful it's a problem, but Kahr CS is your definitive answer.

I'm more concerned with the way the front of the frame appears to be splaying/spreading. Can you see the difference here in this pic?
