I asked Jay at Kahr today about the "updated extractor" we've seen mentioned in some repair reports. He said its been modified to be looser to improve feeding. Woo hoo! I can tell they're making incremental improvements in their products. A tip of my cap to them. Kahr is listening to feedback. 👏👏👍

Sorry he didn't say...and I forgot to ask. Plus I put this in the wrong forum!! What a rookie! So moderator feel free to move it.

Cant answer that question but I picked up my new cw380 Wednesday and it will slow Feed the rounds so I think the extractor is fitted well. Don't even have to use the slide release. My flawless cm9 won't even do that.
Out to the range in about an hour to see how it works.

Well my CW380 is nothing like yours. 500rds out of it and still a bear to hand rack, and my extractor was a mini project tweaking, polishing and slight filing here and there to feed all 380 ammo finally. Good luck at the range!!

Thanks. Sorry to hear about yours. My range trip went well. 188 rounds of American Eagle worked 100%. Slide is still super stiff though. It may be just because there is little to hold onto. Only problem was the blister on my finger because my finger is too fat. Happens on my CM9 too. Gun was filthy when I was done. Recoil was minimal, I was pleasantly surprised.
I need to get a box of something others have had trouble with to check it out too. Nice gun so far though.
Whew! Guess I can come out from behind the couch now. :behindsofa:

Yep, come on out. It would have been alright anyway. Fun little pocket pistol. One more outing with some SD ammo and it goes into carry rotation.

Try Winchester white box FMJ which has a flat nose in 380. Good test
