I admit, I have been in a Walmart or two. But..the bathrooms are always large, multiple bay deals, no doors to lock.
Where's the one with a lock?

Some places have the "family bathrooms." They're great when you have infants or toddlers who can't go by themselves, and you don't want to take your daughter into the men's room for obvious reasons.

I'm guessing whoever had the key to this bathroom also keeps the key to the ammo counter. That person can never be found...
