Found this information on another forum, Maybe others here knew about this product but it was new to me , I just placed my order for one and will post my thoughts on it once I have tried it out.

The PM9 comes with 2 mags - a 6-rounder with flat bottom and a 7-rounder P9 mag with a plastic base pad that is ugly and not particularly comfortable.

There's a Pearce grip extension/pinkie rest available for the 6-rounder. I do like it in pockets that are large enough for it.

I just discovered there's another kind of extension for the P9 mags. See photos. It's pretty seamless, comfortable, looks better and now goes on my PM9 or MK9 when either is on my belt. I think the same people that make the slide-on extension to put a Glock 19 mag on a Glock 26 make it. Tightens on with a set screw.

Someone here already pulled the trigger on one of those and has posted pics.
As I recall not a very good fit/transition on the P series because of the gun grip rounded bottom edge.
Pics anyone?
Just sayin'

They really are good Tony. I have a pair on my 7 rounders. It feels like a full sized grip when shooting. Somebody here made the comment why didn't you just buy the P9 if you want long grips. I carry with a 6 round flush for concealment and the 2 7 round spares. If I need the spares, no sense in worrying about concealment.

Tilos just posted about the transition between grip and extension. It isn't a perfect fit like the picture just much better than the Kahr 7 round base. Pics here (http://kahrtalk.com/general-discussion/2756-make-your-own-ext-mag-cover.html#post30310). I haven't messed with mine and sure I wished they fit better, but it is what it is.

What rubber slip-on grips are you using on the pm9?

I use Hogue Junior grips (about $10). They fit tight like they should and you need to trim them carefully with a razor blade but they work very well.

Slip-on-grips
Bicycle inner tube (about $0 used, at any local bike shop).
No finger grooves/bumps.
What's not to like?
